P.S. "There went the black guy" was a tribute to Cronan who died on

located at? Oh, at least one of the suvivors was paying attention to

found in the Arrow bunker might belong to him.

That is right. A person who has a glass eye would have no need for a
patch. But if that person was missing their glass eye they would have
probable need for patch.
The man seen on the monitor screen in the Pearl bunker was wearing a
patch over one eye. Thus it is plausible that the glass eye found in
the Arrow bunker belongs to him.

It's akin to mystery fans who try to solve a whodunit before the show's
detective gives the solution. Some fans tape the show while not watching it,
then play it, and pause it before the solution is revealled and try to work
out all the clues before playing the final part.
