Stephen A. Smith's 6:30 PM weekday talk show is moving to 11 PM due to
its low
rating of 0.2% of the audience. Reruns of Mike and Mike in the morning
the ESPN
radio show simulcast on ESPNews will take its place.

Isn't "Mike & Mike" a 4-hour radio show? How will they replace a
half-hour show with a 4-hour show? Not that I would mind. I miss
listening to Mike & Mike.

I'm guessing they will edit the radio show down to a half hour of the
best segment(s) of the days broadcast, not unlike the nightly Howard
Stern E! highlights show.

Stephen A. Smith is an acquired taste. Arrogant and full of himself
quite often he still
has some interesting and insightful interviews with various people in
the world of sports.

I could never get past his personality. I usually turn off ESPN at the
mere sight of him...

I suspect the move is done not with the notion of a long term new time
slot but just
to put it somewhere to fulfull the remainder of a contract and then

Steve A. is worse than Mantan Moreland. He's beyond coonish and can
barely form intelligent sentences. He's the anti-Greg Anthony. His
obvious on screen fellating of Snaquille O'Meal and Snaq's obvious
decline will severely limit Mantan's (oops I mean steve a.'s) future in
the business..
His fifteen minutes are almost up :-)
