From the FN website:

Who thought food could be this funny? Ham on the
Street combines cooking, food facts, and hidden-camera
comedy as host George Duran, a young American chef
and comic personality, takes food into the streets.
Each episode of Ham is a humorous and informative
exploration of a different food topic, from
straight-forward subjects such as "Breakfast" to
themes with a twist like "Insomniac Cuisine." The
heart of Ham is George's hilarious, man-on-the-street
interactions, as he quizzes regular people on simple
food knowledge to get some incredibly funny responses
-- or gets them to participate (knowingly and not) in
his inspired bits of sketch comedy. In his culinary
quest, George will recruit a fascinating cast of
characters for his foodie pursuits. And in between
the food facts and comedy, George will create fast,
hip, and easy dishes for the everyday cook.

This guy is a tool, but for some reason I keep laughing at the memory of
him saying "dolls" when his friend with the electric pump was giving
examples of things you can blow up with it. I think he would be funnier
if I were stoned.
