i've watched a bit of NINE and BETTY, but none of the new shows has
interested me... this is like the first year i can remember that
happening, at least in recent memory. Ugly Betty is a cute show, though,
if a bit silly and predictable. I'm going to give the TEd Danson show a
look... haven't checked it out yet.

For once... I somewhat agree with WQ. Smith deserved a better chance
and it did have a lot of promotion for the pilot, but after the pilot
nothing.

Smith got a fair amount of promotion. I wouldn't go so far as to call
it overhyped, but the only reason I checked it out was because of the
ads I saw for it. The only review I read trashed it.

I'd include Shark and Vanished, really enjoying them. I like Justace a lot
too. Heroes and The Nine was very watchable but I still need a couple more
episodes of each to see if I'll stick with them. I only like about half the
people on Heroes and I hate Kim Raver on The Nine
I also thought Smith was great! My absolute favourite is still Studio 60 and
I have all the Ugly Betty episodes, I just havn't watched yet.

Not sure if we are just counting Fall shows in this list, but I would
add Eureka, and Blade.
I'm watching "The Nine", but I'm pretty underwhelmed by this show. I
keep watching hoping it will get better. Not sure if I can continue
doing it. This show was is not living up to the hype.
I plan to check out 30 Rock.

second fav new show behind Dexter now that Smith is canceled.
