In light of his recent appearance on REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER and his
upcoming movie, for which he will likely make a round on the tv talk show
circuit:

It's generally taken as a measuring prognostication:
The more desperate Robin Williams is on a talkshow, the more personally
embarrassed he is about the movie to plug. Similar rants appeared just
before "Being Human" and "RV".
(Thus bringing us back to "Man of the Year", where Robin might appear on
Bill Maher, but he cannot convincingly PLAY Bill Maher.)

It's OKAY if 5 minutes passes and you haven't made the audience laugh. We'll
still like you. It's okay to not be the center of attention all the time.
You don't have to continuously entertain us. You're NOT a monkey sent out to
tap dance for us, dance for us, dance fos us, as fast as you can. You're far
more. Let go of the need for constant chuckles, the fear of failure, the

next guest, Williams continues "doing his thing" during the other guest's

I'm not the one telling Letterman he should stop doing something he's

segment as well..." Well that is simply not true.
I think we all get it. You don't care for Robin Williams. Let me take a
wild guess that you also don't share his general political persuasion
either. Comedy is very much a matter of personal taste. That you don't
think he's funny, puts you in a distinct minority. But that's fine, you of
course are welcome to click to another part of the dial or avoid his films.

Inhale. Take a break. Relax.
See? That wasn't so bad.

And also, it's ok if someone ELSE gets a moment to speak. You don't
have to interupt everyone else on stage to hog the spotlight.
