Paul is a very good guitarist I think.But it doesn't mean he's
better than George.
Nobody can ignore George's great talent on playing guitar but It
doesn'T mean he's better than Paul.

I don't hear this at all. His guitar work excels on "Till There Was
You," "All My Loving," "Baby's in Black" "I'm a Loser" "I Feel Fine"
"She's A Woman" etc, etc.
He improves greatly

His work "Ticket To Ride" is playing the opening riff on 12 string, and
a volume pedal overdub. The lead breaks are Paul.
Contrast George's 1964 guitar work with

The Rolling Stones play blues based rock and not melodic pop, different
animal, and I didn't hear anything by Keith that could be compared to
the difficulty of some of the titles I've already mentioned, especially
things like "Babys in Black," an amazing performance. His guitar was
already weeping;)
Lots of Beatles records

Again, his live playing and improvising was often pretty bad, I agree.
He just wasn't an improviser. He worked hard developing his studio
parts and his sounds were unique and almost always a delight. You don't
have to be a great guitarist, for instance, to play the lead to
"Nowhere Man," but you have to be something special to think of the
part in the first place, and then find a wonderful approach to the
sound of it in the second. I think this was George's biggest strength
once they got away from the simple "Slow Down" type rockers....when
they were serious about their own material, George's contribution was
nearly always huge.
In fact with every new Beatles single, as a guitarist, I always looked
forward to hearing what the "catch" was going to be on each new
single....what cool guitar part was going to happen? I don't ever
remember being let down. All of them contributed great guitar ideas to
their records, and I don't think George was ever holding any of the
records back.

I think every Beatle were different from the rest. If it didn't like
that maybe there was no Beatles in the past. Think about this

Jimi Hendrix was the better guitarist

What objective means does one use to determine who is a "better"
guitarist?
A better question might be "Who is your favorite guitarist- Paul or
George?"
