OT: Indie Rock

Forget the Beatles man. They're ok. Check out
these Indie Rock Groups...and open your minds. In no particular order:

Forwards
Kings of Covenience
Cat Power
Bell and Sebastion
From a Motel 6
Spoon

How much talent could these groups have if those were the best names they
could come up with? None.

You can't judge a book by it's cover, and you're forming an opinion
without even listening to these bands, I assume.

Another example: You have a handle that is:
"Sheriff of honk honk." I don't think your handle
is the best you could come up...but that doesn't
effect my perspective on your intelligence.

"Kings of convenience" is the best name, IMO.

There was such a band in the late '70s. They released an LP called
"Nouveau Chapeau" in 1977 (RCA APLI 2072). Consisted of Sandy Allen,
Michael Packer, and Caleb Potter (vocals and guitars for all three; the
others on the LP were studio musicians).

I like BellE & Sebastian a lot, but would vote "nah" on Kings of
Convenience, Cat Power and Spoon. Not sure about the other two.
