"After his break up with Heather, Paul was asked if he would ever consider
going down on one knee again. Paul said he would prefer it if we called her
Heather."

Please be clear about this! Paul NEVER said any such thing!

Oh, that's just great. Nothing like mocking the disabled. Just makes you
feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

My sister didn't find YOUR post very amusing. She has been confined to
a wheelchair since she developed an acute, untreatable case of
"heat-elevated internal fuzziness" at age 16.

(Heather should ask for ownership of Paul's "Three Legs". That would
work out evenly.)

IMHO that part in his quote where he mentions "going down" makes me
think "warm and fuzzy." :-)

Someone very adept at mocking the disabled was John Lennon. Recall the
footage of Beatles concerts where Paul implores the audience to "clap your
hands", and "stomp your feet", whereby John poorly impersonates the disabled
trying to do that, while repeating the commands in a voice impersonating
someone with a disability.
Sean Carroll...

Yeah, well, fortunately he eventually grew out of it. Unlike some
full-grown men who should know better.

Yeah. He was disturbed by the disabled. Yoko, meanwhile, admitted
that she was "always angry at the cripples, because they got sympathy."

He was wicked, but I saw that film, and it was very funny.
On Lennon Anthology, there is one snippet where John is fooling around
in the studio. He sings a paradoy of Yesterday . . . . something like
"Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be. I discovered I'm an
amputee . . . ." I'm surprised Yoko released it.
