Lennon cover-up -- Barbara Thompson, Communication Director for Manhattan DA

On Jan. 18, 2006, I called the Manhattan DA's office (Robert
Morgenthau) and requested copies of crime scene photos. I called a
general information line and spoke with a woman. I described to her
what I was looking for and left a callback number. Within approximately
one hour, a voicemail message was left on my home number by Barbara
Thompson, Communication Director for Manhattan DA Morgenthau. The
following is a verbatim transcript of Ms. Thompson's message:

"Hi, it's Barbara Thompson at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office,
and I'm returning your call. There are no crime scene photos available
of the Mark David Chapman case that are public. So I don't think there
is much that we - there's nothing public in the case because the
defendant pled guilty, so there was no trial, so these documents have
not been made public. So unfortunately, we cannot be of any assistance
to you. So I just wanted to get back to you so you'd understand.
Bye-bye." (Jan. 18, 2006)

This is outrageous.

following statement?

"Crime scene photos show Chapman was standing in the wrong physical
location to create entry wounds found in Lennon's body. "
