That was funny. Probably half the guys in that audience had moustaches
within a year. :)
Couple of links there to some other great clips, too. Did you watch
Booker T & the MGs "Green Onions"? Those guys were probably the most
solid rhythm section ever. I remember reading a Rolling Stone article
from the late 60's where the whole band listened to and commented on
contemporary rock hits that the interviewer picked. They had interesting
specific criticisms from a professional musicianship standpoint.

Yeah, they're great, both clips. I've always been more partial to STAX than
Motown, and Steve Cropper is one of my heroes, what a trackrecord for
writting absolute tophits, I'm shure you know which I'm talking about.
As usual with Youtube I checked a few other iutems like this gem:
Made me think of Yoko for a sencond until the singing started ;-)

Must be something wrong at your end. No problem for me, or the others above.
But in short it's Diock Clark, showing some cleancut kids the latest
Beatle-vids, Strawberry Field and Penny Lane, and their opinions. Some likes
"the new look", the rest thinks it's weird, they look like grandfathers (the
beards) ect ect.
Just a little something to make you snicker.

Dick Clark was a square and most of the kids on that show were stuck in the
early 60s. Dick Clark had an agenda which didn't include the Beatles.
