Best Pure Musician of the Beatles?

My vote has to go to George Harrison - probably for sentimental reasons

Well, I have to say Ringo. Because John, Paul and George just had way too
many women to call them "Pure".

Ringo had a couple also, so none of them are really pure. But Ringo was
"purer".

but "While My Guitar Weeps" and the work he did with Clapton and
producing other group is superior.

Paul - I can hear the Paul fans screaming but how can "Wings" be
considered a 'rock band'?

Read the book Here There and Everywhere and other Beatle books. Listen
to their post Beatles work. Paul is a very talented musician and very
versatile.

Some of his work with Wings was babyish . . . . his choice. But that
is a matter of taste, not musicianship.

Why is George your choice simply because of the one song you mentioned
and the other work he did? Since you never explain what you could
possibly mean by "pure musician" the answer makes no sense.

Even if Wings cannot be considered a "rock band" (which it certainly
was), how does this render McCartney the least "pure musician" in the
Beatles? Is only rock "pure"?

"Rock band" wasn't the criteria in your header; it was simply "best
pure musician."

Considering the astounding amount of melodies Paul has cooked up within
his career, as well as his managable playing of other instruments
besides the bass (guitars, piano, and drums), I'd say he wins hands
down.

I don't think the question was "irritating" only cognitively incoherent,
as I pointed out. And I don't think "everyone knows the answer" because
- as stated - it isn't really a question, but a piece of fluttering
nothing disguised as language.
