IMHO that doesn't look like John at all . . . . his body is too chubby.

I wondered that too, but upon closer examination it's definitely his
face. His face has white makeup on, and that looks like the famous
Lennon nose.

Ya gotta remember, Halloween can be cold in the Northeast, and
rainy(like tonight btw), and maybe he was just bundled up to keep warm.

Still, why haven't we ever seen this photo before, and who took it?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Well, Yoko DID dress as a witch at the Rolling Stone Circus.

That's the Greenwich Village Halloween parade back when it was a fun and
manageable size - before the fratboys and bridge and tunnel people
showed up by the bazillions to drink beer and pee on people's stoops.

Halloween must have been fun for John - to get to walk around NYC for
once in complete anonymity.
