Mystery Beautiful Forgotten Song: Ah Abacaba?? by John Lennon?

Hi Receivers of Gifts from God,

The particular gift in question is, I believe, a Beatles or John Lennon
song, and the refrain is a soft harmony of voices singing - Aaaa
Abacaba...

It starts of with the sweetest simple guitar and just a little simple
drumming. When I first heard it I thought - why didn't I think of that
beginning- so simple but so beautiful. I thought - there must be genius
behind this song as it progressed and was so soothing.

I didn't recognize the voice immediately, but concluded it had to be
John Lennon?

I remember this song from many many years ago...

Anyone know it? Why is such a great song hardly ever played?

Because corporate oldies radio has decreed that John Lennon's solo
career shall ONLY be represented by "Imagine", with exceptions being
made for "Happy Xmas" around Christmastime, and a few others which may
ONLY be played annually on December 8th.
