A recent post makes reference to a "complete" stereo version of I AM THE
WALRUS. I thought that this was not possible because of the 'bouncing' of
the tracks to accommodate the 'direct in' of the radio program...?!?
Is there a 'true' stereo version of I AM THE WALRUS?
THAT, I would love to hear.

Doesn't the CD of "Magical Mystery Tour" have it? The German LP I
believe also has it.

I guess the latter. Some years ago, someone here had distributed their
own unique mix of the original radio broadcast, which means that it
must have been available out there.

What made the '72 German issue of MMT unique, at the time, was its true
stereo mixes of Penny Lane, Baby You're a Rich Man, and All You Need is
Love. All stereo copies of MMT from '67 on contained the original
stereo mix of Walrus.
As far as a "complete" stereo version of Walrus, I _think_ there's one
on the Anthlogy DVD.
