I know who invented the Beatles logo on the Ludwig drum set but can
anyone tell me how many drum sets with the Beatles logo were ever
officially made for the Beatles (where they were actually used during a
performance)?
Where are they now? Who owns them? Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? Apple
Corps? Ringo?
And specifically, what about the drum set used on the roof top concert
(where the Beatles played for the last time together in public)? Where
is it now and who owns it?

I think the book Beatles Gear has answers to some of those questions.

Such as...
Andy Babiuk: Sure, Ringo invited me to visit his warehouse in London
where his old drum items are stored. He really didn't know what he
had, but felt he just had parts of his old kits. So I showed up in
London with my bag of photos and his guy who handled stuff like this
was there and he had this big pile of oyster black-pearl Ludwig drums.
They said we can put some stuff together so you can photograph them
and it will make for a good photo even though it might be just a
mixture of equipment. Well I said, hang on a second, let me just sort
this out. I pulled out my photos and if you look at the "grain" in
Ringo's drums it's like a fingerprint. So I started matching up
the first kit, then the second kit. Before I knew it I had the first
kit, the second kit, the third kit and the fourth kit. The guy who was
helping was so happy he called Ringo in Monaco to give him the news.
Ringo was thrilled because he didn't know he had full kits of his
Beatles kits. So I worked it all out for him and he invited me up to
see him and he wanted to see all the photos that we did. It was very
cool hanging out with the guy and he was really behind the project.
