natjo1986...
I'm guessing if the Beatles were operating systems this is what it would
be like.
Paul McCartney - While trying to type an e-mail he makes a suggestion to
use another word than the one you were going to use. Then he starts to
suggest even more words. Then all of sudden you aren't even typing the
message anymore, Paul McCartney the operating system has written the
whole e-mail.
John Lennon - This once very promising operating system will often times
stop working all together because it has fallen in love with some cheap
software from Japan. It will only work occasionally but only if the
cheap software from Japan is running. The cheap software will eventually
release a virus that will completely fry the operating system. Many
people still wish that this operating system was around. Many people
also believe that this system may have reached its peak of popularity
George Harrison - The operating system is really for a niche market. It
will work very hard but it the end it will disappoint you. In the beta
testing the system would only work after you fasted and meditated for
seven days with a maharishi. The system really found its place as being
as a backup program for the John Lennon system and the Paul McCartney
system.
Ringo Starr - This system tried in the beginning. Many people liked it
in beta, but once it was released as a full version it was a very small
fish in a very large pond. Though lately this system has had sort of a
cult following. This system has once been dubbed the "Love it, or leave
it," system.

Runnnerr...
Fascinating stuff. Could you provide us with your musings on The
Beatles as datebases or spreadsheet programs?
