Reading the Sgt. Pepper Mono thread got me wondering if there are any sites
which list which tracks were sped up or slowed down. I'd be interested in
using a sound editor to adjust some of the tracks to hear what The Beatles
actually sounded like as they sung them.

The best source, I think, is the book I cited in that thread:
_Recording the Beatles._
One problem with what you're interested in doing: in some cases (such
as the three songs mentioned in the above book -- Within You Without
You, When I'm 64, and She's Leaving Home), the speed of the mixes
themselves were altered. So for these, it'll be easy to hear the
original pitches.
In other cases, though, the speed of specific tracks were altered as
they were recorded, so that, for example, in the song Yellow Submarine,
the backing tracks were slowed down, but the vocals were at their
original recording pitch. So if you speed up the track, the guitars
will be at their original pitch, but the vocals will be too high.
