New Sean Lennon Trailer (Interesting Cinemo)

I thought the trailer was just "OK." I think Sean's biggest problem is
he has no singing voice. He can carry a tune, but his voice is too
high . . . . It is higher than his mother's.

His voice does not appeal to me.

Too high? Too thin maybe, but it doesn't seem to be in an abnormally
high register to me. I don't know......the trailer kinda made me want
to hear more.........so I guess it served its purpose, huh?

The trailer definitely did not make me want to hear more. I don't like
Sean's voice at all. However, it did interest me in seeing more because
I hadn't realized until now just how much Sean resembles his father in
the looks department.

I think Sean has a very slight resemblance to John. HIs biggest
resemblance is his glasses which is not saying much. To me he looks
like an adult, chubby Harry Potter. His voice seems to take after
Yoko.

Julian looks and sounds much more like John.

I think Sean was a cute/handsome boy, but became more "ordinary"
looking as a young man.

I thought he was cute when he was a boy, too, but now I think he looks
more like John than ever. I see much more than just a slight
resemblance. I saw it in that video, and I also see it in this one...

Do we really care about Sean's facial hair? I'm looking for the old "I
love Lucylennon" episodes.

Sometimes, when Sean lets his hair get long & shaggy, he reminds me a
bit of John during John & Yoko's "Bed-Ins for Peace" period. But he
doesn't resemble John the way Julian does; Sean's more of a squat,
compressed, buggy version of John.

LOL. I agree with much of what you say, but I would not say he is
"compressed." It is my understanding that he is quite tall. I could
be wrong, but when I see him next to Yoko, h e seems to tower over her.
Heck, Sean was almost as tall as Yoko when he was 8 or 9.

That's the thing - I've only seen him next to Yoko. When he's
performing at some Lennon tribute, he's next to Yoko. When he's out on
a "date," he's next to Yoko. When he's at some party, he's next to
Yoko. Etc. Yes, Sean towers over Yoko. But she's a shrimp. I can't
say whether he's tall compared to a normal person. He also seems quite
plump much of the time, like he's been hittin' the Twinkies, so there's
a huge difference between Sean & his father right there.

You raise some good points. It is interesting that Sean was "not next
to Yoko" during the recent opening of Love in Los Angeles.

Yes, Sean does seem a bit "plump" at times, but heck, what do we expect
from a rich playboy? He knows he doesn't have to worry much about his
looks . . . . he was born into a huge amount of money and a name, and
that brings connections, women, etc.

The trailer confirmed my suspicions about Sean, he has SOME of his
father's looks, and ALL of his mother's talent. He should probably look
for a job.
