Rare Beatles CD

I have a CD that a musician friend gave to me, he said it was very rare
and valuable. I can't find any info on it when I do searches. The front
says "From Then to You" and "Sincere Good Wishes for Christmas and the
New Year from [all the names of the Beatles]" Then the following note:
"In an effort to interfere as little as possible with these historic
recordings, we have returned for our source tapes to the earliest
appearances of this rare material...the original giveaway flexis from
the Official Beatles Fan Club...." The CD itself says "Christmas
Memories" and 1989 made in the Republic of Korea. The back says "The
Beatles Fan Club Christmas Record 1970
Side one Side two
1. 1963 1. 1967
2. 1964 2. 1968
3.1965 3. 1969
4. 1966
Is this CD rare and/or valuable? I would like to sell it but can't find
any information on it at all. Thanks.

Sounds like some has done a fairly professional, but pirated, job on
copying the Xmas Flexi's to CD.

Not especially intrinsically valuable, but a nice timepiece to have.

It's actually an old release from the late 80's/early 90's. I used to have a
copy of it and when I sold it on Ebay earlier this year I didn't get much
for it. It's an oddball release but don't get your hopes up. Unlike some of
the original Vigotone's that fetch big money this one will get you $15-$20
on a good day. I'm sure some of the more recent releases of this material
was in superior sound quality.
