Yesterday and Today

I looked for the Beatles Yesterday and Today. I can't find this CD on ebay
or amazon. Is this CD not available?

Not sure how much you know about this, so forgive me if I'm repeating
stuff you already know. Prior to Sgt. Pepper, the US Beatles LPs were
different from the British versions. In general, the US LPs had fewer
songs than the British ones (typically 12 songs per LP rather than 14);
also, the US LPs contained songs that were released only on singles or
EPs in England. As a result, the same songs were spread out over a
larger number of LPs in the US than in England. "Yesterday and Today"
was one of the extra LPs, consisting mostly of songs taken from the
British versions of Rubber Soul and Revolver. When the CD era arrived,
it was the British versions that were used (except for "Magical Mystery
Tour"); the songs that never got onto the British LPs were collected
into two compilation CDs called "Past Masters". Recently, Capitol
released the first four US LPs on CD, but the others (including
"Yesterday and Today") have never yet been officially released on CD.
Bootleg CDs, of course, do exist.

Failing that, you could use iTunes and set-up a playlist and use the
tracks from Rubber Soul and Revolver.

Maybe the phrase LP CD confused me.
