I know there are sf fans here, so I'm wondering who watched this show.
It's a 3-part series (2 hours each episode) which started last night
on the Sci-Fi channel on cable. I don't know if it was also shown
outside the US as yet (although if it's successful, it probably will
be). It was one of the best shows on that channel I've seen for a long
time. (Of course, that's not saying much. :)) What a fun idea - a key
that opens onto the same room, no matter what door you open with it.

It looks good, I'll have to wait until it's shown here in the UK or import
the DVD when it's released.

Ordinary objects that can do all sorts of weird, magical (and destructive)
things. I can't wait to see the next two episodes. Tonight they're showing
episode #2 - already have the VCR set!

I just looked at IMDb, it doesn't look like it has been shown outside the US
yet, if it's not shown here I may have to import the DVD when it's released
as you've got me curious now.

I'll have to record that for Charlie. He gets involved in SF more than I
do.

We TiVo'd last nights as there is a program on Mondays on another channel
that we like to watch (Engineeering an Empire on History Channel - Hosted by
ex-RoboCop Peter Weller, now a professor at Syracuse U!) to watch it
later.... Probably this weekend as there's never anything /good/ on

I have two Panasonic HDD/DVD recorders which I love, I record anything I
want to watch plus things I might want. If there is anything I want to keep
I copy it to a DVD±R or if someone wants to borrow a copy I use DVD±RW or
DVD-RAM I've copied all my old 8mm camcorder tapes and some VHS and the
quality looks as good as the original.
