OT: YEEHAW! Resolved!!!

I just got a call from the city utilities office manager. She did as she
promised the other day and dug deeper into the records and found an ERROR in
the readings!!!

My actual utility usage was MUCH LOWER than I was billed for, and very
similar to the readings for the current month.

I'm soooo glad this little nightmare is over!!!!
