OT: A few garden/flower pics

Hi there:

Summer is off to its slow start here in Calgary but Iris' have bloomed in a
spectacular manner. The rest is a few weeks off yet but here are just a few
shots to get the summer started:

Gorgeous, I love irises. Ours bloomed two months ago. ;-)
Summer is in full swing here in Central Texas, yesterday my car's
thermometer indicated 99 F (37.2C)...

Yeah, it's hot as Hades here in the Memphis area, too (also in the 90's).
And humid. The weather in Kansas is about the same; thank GOD our hotel
room is right next to the swimming pool!
