New term

DD1 and I were in the bathroom last night getting her ready for bed.
Mithu wandered in to do his catly duties of never letting a person be
without a cat in the bathroom. As he wandered over to inspect DD2, she
asked me "Can I purr him?" I can only assume this means "to pet until
he purrs."

So, go and purr your cats!

Aww, that's cute.

In another note, DD2 (almost 7 mos old now) has started to notice and
light up around the cats as well. She was very interested in, and
almost made a grab for, Pippin's tail this weekend.
