New pics, mostly the lambs and one of my cats

One of my cats, Äkäpussi, behaves like she's become one of the lambs...
She spends more time with them than with us or even the other cats.

Kayla is going to "summer camp" for two weeks on Thursday, where she will
learn proper Border Collie manners and proper work. Namely how to herd
sheep, Bet the cat wouldn't like the sheep so much with a bossy dog around.

:D Our dog Nooni seems to think that Akapussi is one of the sheep. Nooni
doesn't play almost at all with the other cats, but Akapussi is her
secondbest friend...

Jake and Molly are learning how not to get herded. She promptly loses
interest if they stay still and they as soon as the next moving object gets
her eye they are home free

Wish I could show her the lambs and see her reaction.

The lambs are sleeping in our bedroom as long as they need milkbottles
all the time. There isn't enough room to play, so they are let out to
run in our kitchen. (I know, it's not normal to have lambs in the house,
but they are too funny and cute. I'd like to have the fullgrown sheep
here too, but they like to bee in the cool sheepshed...) Nooni believes
that they aren't allowed to get to the kitchen, so she tries to herd
them back to the bedroom all the time.

Does one of your lambs have blue eyes, or is that some sort of trick of
the light? I didn't know lambs could have blue eyes - cows only have
dark-colored eyes.

Their eyes are brown. The blue is just the mirror-reflection that most
animals have, so they can better see in the dark. The color of the
reflection varies from one individual to another. Dogs mostly reflect
green or red, sheep have also the blue alternative.

They're so cute! How old are the lambs, they look very young. The kitty
is really sweet too. I'm not sure how to spell her name, because some
of the characters didn't come out right on my screen, but it looks like
her name is Akapussi, with double dots (umlauts?) over the A's. Is that
right?

So sweet! She does seem to love them. And I didn't need any translation
for the caption "Skippa-skappadi..." :-)))
