OT: dangerous day in the kitchen

Whew! We've had an unusually difficult time in the kitchen today.

It started out when Senyah decided to heat up some burritos. She had
her taste buds all set for burritos.

She grabbed a baking pan, grabbed the squat blue and yellow can of
Pam, and sprayed the pan. She put the can down, put the burritos in
the oven, and remembered that Pam comes in a yellow and red can.

Sure enough, when she looked at the can of WD40, she realized she
wasn't having burritos for lunch.

Later, she decided to clean the oven. Now Senyah is not intuitive
about how things fit together. Somehow, she accidentally removed the
oven door, not realizing it was designed that way. When I got home, I
told her that it was easy to fix (in between choruses of "Senyah broke
the oooven, Senyaaah broke the oven!" - evil grin).

Earlier in the day, she had also managed to cut her finger. On a Ritz
cracker (poor baby!).

So I'm teasing her about her day, while filling a glass of ice water,
and manage to miss the glass and water the linoleum. Finally, I open
the freezer, and a frozen fudgesicle leaps out and tries to go for my
jugular.

Oops. Dulce has now laid claim to my icewater...

I'd recommend the following method.

We had the kitchen remodeled in August. It looks great. But since then we
can't find anything. Situation aided and abetted by Charlie never managing
to put anything back where he found it, or for that matter with any similar
items.

I've always wanted a nice looking kitchen. And I now have it and enjoy it.
I have no intention of messing it up by actually cooking in there.
