I don't have the details, but our bare grandkitten arrived just before 9
a.m. Pacific Daylight Time this morning. The cell phone connection here is
so bad that when my daughter called, all I could understand is, "he's here."
Luckily, we have a rental car today, and I grabbed Jim and we drove about 5
miles from the marina to a parking lot in a convenience store and called her
back.

Congrats! I'm so glad it all went well!

All she could tell us is that the baby has a lusty cry, appears healthy, and
has very long arms and legs (his dad is 6.5 feet tall).

WOO HOO!! CONGRATULATIONS GRANNY ANNIE!!! I'm so happy for you all. We're
sending purrs and healthy thoughts and wishes for all of you. Rosie is a
sweetie to take such good care of her meowmie. Please keep us informed and
let us know what's up with the bare grandkitten.

She called from the birthing room, but they took the baby upstairs to check
him out. She'll call again after she gets the specs.
Rosie knew I was worried last night. She snuggled next to me all night,
which she has not been doing lately.

Congratulations Annie! What a nice post to sit down & read -- there is
no greater blessing IMO than the healthy birth of a grandchild. (I'm
going to get one someday, I HOPE!)

Congratulations on a healthy grandson, and (I hope) healthy daughter.

He probably had to get out early because those long arms and legs ran out
of room. My youngest grandson who came so early (27 years ago) is 6'3"
and 200 pounds. He still has that eager "let's get going" personality.
Purrs that everyone is well and happy. MLB
