Ok, I've finally gotten myself organized and created an album of our
house here in Australia. There are even a few pics of Vino posing among
them :-)
At the end there are a few of a nice drive Dennis and I took to Cape
Leeuwin on Thursday.
For anyone who's interested, the link is:

Nice place! Vino looks happy (so do his slaves :D).

I've been looking into getting a Yaris myself - but, knowing me, I'd get one
of the bright colors that they have it in :D. This would be my first
non-SUV *brand new* vehicle! But we're putting it off until the Land Rover
is paid off (9 more months). Do you like yours?

badwilson...
I love it! It feels and drives like a much bigger car. It really feels
nice in there. The way the back seats slide forward and fold up,
creating a huge flat area in the back is very handy. There is a ton of
room back there. And it's so good on gas. I am getting around
700-800km for AUS$50 (on the highway). Errrr....must remember to say
"petrol". Get the feeling Aussies are laughing at me when I go in to
pay for my "gas" ;-)
They didn't have it in any really funky bright colours here in
Australia. They had red but I would never get a red car again, the
colour fades too fast and looks bad. I wanted something light so it
would stay cool in the summer, but I didn't want white because it seems
like just about every car in Australia is white. So we went with
silver.

Vino looks so content in the great new house. The pics of the ocean are
amazing!
Best wishes,
Polonca and Soncek

Marina...
That house looks really nice. Is most of that furniture from Thailand? I
like the look of it. And so nice to see Vino enjoying his freedom!

badwilson...
Thanks, Marina :-)
*All* the furniture is from Thailand. We put our stuff from Canada in

I thought it might be. I really like that look.

storage and arrived in Thailand 5 years ago with nothing but a couple of
suitcases and my computer. We bought everything in Thailand because it
was super cheap and we like it. We plan to bring some of our stuff from
Canada over next time we go there. Mostly the bedroom stuff which will
become the guest bedroom stuff. The stuff we don't want we are going to
sell/give away to friends/family. It's nothing that's worth much
anyway.

How can it be OT when there are pictures of Vino? It looks wonderful there,
I hope it won't take too long before you can build your own house.
