In about two weeks, Little Boy will have been with us for a full year.

Ha - and you ignored my post when I said congratulations on the new
addition! Still clinging, no doubt, to the conviction that he wouldn't
be staying. :)

He was very convincing (big grin).
[BK's lovely fur]

He came to us on a clod and wintry day, limping, and impersonating a
girl kitty - I thought he was pregnant (big grin).
He has, of course, healed up, his size has evened out, and he is
sitting in my lap demanding kisses and hugs as I type.

Sadly, it was about three years ago (on the anniversarry of the
Kennedy assassination) that we lost Presto. He used the last of his
energy to climb into my arms, where he passed away. I will never

I remember that. I was very touched that he came to you to snuggle
and hug your neck to say goodbye.

forget that sweet orange and white boy kitty. In fact, his picture is
the only picture I have in my wallet (grin).
I've forgotten actual arrival dates on the others, but Little Feet has
been with us for over seven years now, Dulce Mae was abandoned by her
people, and joined our family about two years ago, and Buster has been
here for maybe three years.

Big Kitty?
Mark Edwards...

Baby Kitten, although he is rapidly growing out of it. Which is why I
started calling him BK (grin).

Oh, right... whoops! I can't keep track of them all! You keep getting
adopted by ferals.

Hugs and Purrs,

Thanks for the update, Mark.

Other notes:
BK decided that he wanted to come in and cuddle and play, instead of
sitting out in the newly icy weather. He kept a close eye on Dulce
Mae, who frightens him with just a glare (grin). When he gets scared,
he cuddles up to Unca Buster.
Also, BK has a thick, luxuriant coat, that feels wonderful when you
run your fingers through it.

Whoa. WHOA! BK has come in? That's worth some notice.
Concatulations on the new addition.

Dulce Mae decided she wanted to go out and check out the weather.
Sleet, rain and cold greeted her at the door. She still went out, then
decided this was as good a place to use the litterbox as any (grin).
As SOON as she finished, she trotted up to the door, and meowed to
come in.
All of the cats have been compaining to me that I had let the weather
get much too warm (up to the 80's yesterday). Little Boy, on the other
hand, spent half the night telling me that I had let it get too cold.
He got in the window, sat there for a few minutes, climbed back out,
meowed at me and cuddled with me, went back to the window... What a
brat. Gads, I didn't know bloodshot eyes could look so bad!
Buster has been spending most of his day on Senyah's lap. She
complains that she is not a pincushion - Buster holds on tight with
his claws, and that Buster CANNOT have all of her sandwich (big grin).
I am enjoying this cold snap mostly because I don't have to be out in
it. I hear traffic has been particularly nasty, though, so I'm REALLY
glad not to be in it.
