I was wondering if anyone knew some streaming station, like on
shoutcast, that might play just nature sounds or something like that?
Just thought it would be nice to pipe out for Dino during my work hours
to give him some stimulation.

Failing that, you might try getting a CD of that kind of
thing, and set it to repeat.

You can get a cheap ($10.00) little battery-operated digital
alarm clock with nature sounds as the option for snooze
or sleep and turn it on continuous mode. You might have
to replace the batteries every few days, but it does the
job.

That's right! Or a cheap "sound machine" - which they sell
for humans who have trouble sleeping because of noise in
their surroundings. (I paid about twenty bucks for one in a
catalog, and it will run on normal household current, with
an adaptor.) I don't know why I didn't think to suggest
that instead of a CD.

Well, if the cat happens to spend most of his time, or
sleeping time, in the room with the stereo in it, the
CD is probably the most efficient and space-saving
idea. Just pop it in and away you go. Literally, hee.
The other ideas are really best if you need to
put them in some other room where kitty prefers
to hang out, I think.
