Oops, I did it *again*

Either the Universe hates me or I am the world's biggest klutz.

A week ago, I managed to trip on my stairs and fall halfway down,
bruising my body and my ribs badly in the process. At least nothing
appears to be broken according to the x-rays. But if you've ever had
bruised ribs, you know how painful they are: you can't laugh, sneeze,
cough, or even breathe without pain. I'm on an anti-inflammatory
which isn't helping the pain that much, and due to a series of
circumstances, I wasn't able to get that until yesterday.

So pardon my absence, but I have been in too much pain to get on the
computer at all. So, purrs to all who need them, happy dances where
appropriate, and hope everyone is hanging in there.

years I've come to the conclusion that, yes, the Universe does hate you. ;-)
