Mark Edwards...
There are some new visitors at the door.

First is the little grey girl kitty, who rushes into the apartment
when I put food out in the morning. She runs around, trying to see
where the food is, then hurriedly follows me out to where I put food
out. Picking her up, I find her to be a sweet but manic wiggleworm.

Next is the somewhat smaller version of wiggleworm, who is obviously
her daughter, and is maybe a year old. She's a bit nervous and both
hisses and rubs against my leg at the same time. She let's me pet her,
but doesn't want to be picked up yet. She often lounges around with
wiggleworm, at which times the family relation seems obvious.

And the reasom for her hissing?

Two kittens, one grey, one orange, who skitter and bounce around and
eventually join mommy at the pile of cat food. They bounce back and
forth, but eventually let me skritch ears, while mommy tries to
distract me. I first saw the kittens this morning, and it's pretty
obvious who mommy is.

I need to arrange a family trip to the spay/neuter clinic, I think,
before we get any more family members at the door...

Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

Kreisleriana...
They sound like a delightful family.

Best wishes,

Karen...
Yikes! Purrs for a very calm catch and spay. I hope you can find a
shelter for them so they can get forever homes!
