I must say it's *very* different from the "milk-and-oatmeal" kinda stuff
we normally send. But stil not *quite* my cup of tea, or coffee for that
matter, and I don't drink coffee...

ISTR that your entry last year wasn't at all bad - very
Turkish-influenced, like a lot of songs of late. I shall eagerly await
watching the qualifying round!

We didn't have an entry last year. The last time we did was in 2004, and
it stopped at the semi-finals. I had to check as I was thinking "last

Could someone explain the concept behind the eurovision contest? Does
each country have an entry? Is it like a european music olympics?

Dang! I can't read, even tho I checked!! We *did* have an entry last
year, but it too ended at the semi-finals.

Oh it's already made the British press :-) The one we're sending, which was
