They're just like kids...

I left a glass of Diet Dr Pepper on the table and went to turn on the
computer.

There was this thunking noise and...

We're not talking about a little spill here. We're talking about Dr.
Pepper on the table, the chair, the floor, the WALLS, seeping into my
stuff, splattered across my stereo, etc...

So I'm doing damage control trying to get Dr P off my books and
electronics first, and then my newly recovered chairs and then the rug
and then the tabletop...and I KNOW it was a bittie, I just don't know
which. Tyche is the usual suspect, but she likes to gently put her paw
in and pull it down to drink. THIS kind of "blast pattern" suggests
the glass got less tipped, more FLIPPED. And I've seen Kumani on the
table in the past few days as well as Tyche.

So I'm short a can's worth of Dr P, had to throw out some things that
were just too soaked to save, and had a half hour's work trying to dry
out the chair...

This is what parents of human children go through, isn't it?

I'm sure it wasn't one of the bitties, they wouldn't do such a thing ;-)
much more likely it was a greebling and the bittie did their best to stop
it. ( I can't type any more and keep a straight face)

Nahhh. Kids grow up, eventually. Cats, on the other hand ...
