You should never joke about those things, YOU must be the one in charge,
I'm not advocating dominant training techniques but pack leadership is
priority and a dog should never imagine it has the edge , ever,
otherwise pandemonium is the only result.

Lighten up, it was a very nice introduction, and I think he and Duke are
great together, from the way he talks about him.
I *think* he probably knows what he's doing. :)

of my buddy Duke who is a very Large Shepherd/ Rottie X .HEs about 8 years
olds now I think. Hes about 130 pounds of Dog and Hes been with me for a few
Years now. I got him from our Local SPCA. I am so immensely lucky to be in
a position where I can take care of a Dog like Duke. Duke eats an enormous
ammount of food. Last time I had him at the vet he was about 130 pounds on
the scale. I just got him his very own BoxSpring and Mattress from the Store
to replace his old one that was gettin kind of worn out. This Dog needs it
.
The only problem is if I ever meet a nice girl where are we going
to sleep?
