Raising Kids vs Training Dogs.

This is what really gets me angry. Dog trainers can all agree on what
works. Sure, they disagree on certain techniques, and methods based
upon the pain experienced by the animal in and during training. But,
after years of experience, and many different methods have been
applied, there is a very clear well defined line in how to train dogs.

Now, when the coversation moves over into how to raise kids, no-body
has been so observant, and no-body is in agreement. 98% of dog
trainers agree about what works, although, they may not agree with one
method over another.

You know, I think it's a really bad idea to base the training of
any animae or human on what one's imaginary friends up in the sky
are purported to say or think. But maybe that's just me.

similar statement is made as of yet.

But, here's my grudge against nearly all parents. The right way
includes common law, and morality. At any point that you choose a
diety, you've chosen wrong. What you've chosen to do is include you
children in a series of arguements that have not been resolved in over
2,000 years. If you don't bring it all down to just the morals and the
common law, whichever God, you worship, may never meet a man or woman
that can be trusted because your theology has a priority over morality.
If you worship Alah, and your child cannot be trusted to do what he or
she has been told, or he or she claims that they will do, they Allah,
has no-one to trust, by as much as no-one can trust them. The same is
true if you are Christian. Theology doesn't produce a child that God,
can trust.
