We have a dog at home and my aunt bought the dog as gift to us does she
have a right to take him to her house we feed the dog walk him change
his water everday and takes him without legal reason and keeps him
overnight at her house Can she do this She cannot have any pets in her
apartment.

You seem to dislike that she takes a dog you view as "yours." You
should talk to aunt about your concerns. No need to bring the law
into something that should be settled with some conversation.

I don't think you're a troll. I googled your posting history and
other folks discussions of your other posts before replying.

I'm serious and non judging when I say that you should correct this
issue by discussing your concerns with your Aunt, or just leave it
alone. The legality of this and that, or who "owns" the dog won't
help the situation.

And since she apparently is the person who drives you where you need
to go, it would surely not be worth damaging that relationship over
her taking a dog she purchased for you over to her place at night
(even if her landlord might not be happy with her keeping a dog
there).

Actulally the dog is hers and I take care of the dog. I even walk the
dog. I was at the beach from out from 9:00 pm till 3:00 am last night
with my dog I went to the park then the beach.

So are were you trying to say the first post above was forged?

If not, obviously if the dog is hers, she has every right to keep him
overnight at her house. That her keeping the dog there might be
against the lease agreement between her and her landlord, well, that's
really no concern of anyone except her, her landlord, and potentially
her neighbors (if the dog makes any noise at night). At any rate it's
nothing to concern yourself with.

In the DOOL group somone was forging my name and sending mailers that
issue is already been it with google abuse.

The dog does not make any noise at all. She brings the dog to our house
everday I get to visit with dog.
