I need advise!!

I recently took ownership of two dogs thru friends. Princess, which is
a 2-3 year old Min Pin and Lil' Man, 7-8 month old Jack Russell/
Chiuwawa mix. We have been having problems with the Princess more that

Severe insecurity is not necessarily from abuse - it can be from total
lack of socialization. Don't coddle her or try to make up for
imagined "bad" things.

You need to change that. Get a slip lead. When she doesn't budge,
slip it over her head and lead her out. Stay in the yard. No
production? Go back in and closely supervise/tether her to you/crate
her for 10 minutes and keep trying until she gets it.

You have 2 untrained little dogs and she's the elder. It's your job
to supervise or confine them at all times. Bad habits are harder to
break than prevent.

She needs you to make the rules and enforce them. She needs you to
schedule her feedings, outings, confine her when you can't 100%
supervise her, and train her. Just like any dog. Get yourself (and
your fiance) signed up for obedience classes with both dogs, and
you'll be on your way.
