new puppy

i have my first new puppy that's paper trained, but he's starting to pee on
my carpet here and there and he already peed twice in his doggy bed which

The papers are confusing, I'd get rid of them. I'd start by
taking him outside as often as I could and treating him when he
peed where I wanted.

is inside a crate. what can i do to train/disipline him before it becomes
a daily habit without him hating me?
