I am a dog lover, cat lover, an all around animal lover. The fact is I
am not a lawyer and I need advice on beating the vicious dog wrap. My
dog isn't vicious but how do I prove that to a judge??

First off, quit calling your dog your "son". It makes you look like a
looney. Every single person here is passionate about their animals and
calling a dog a dog in no way diminishes that relationship.

Your dog attacked your neighbor's cat.
The attack went on for 5 to 10 minutes, in your presence, and you were
unable to stop it.
And now you want to know how to beat the rap.
Vicious is as vicious does. What if it had been a child? An actual
human child?
