LOOKUP, Please - Cyc of Victoria / Vic and its Metropolis

Hi Everyone,

We have now found W. THORN is William THORN, probably son of William
THORN.

Both father and son appear to be surveyors, father dies 1919 aged 93,
son 1933 aged 72.

William, son of William, appears to be born c.1860 around Bendigo. His
parents, William and Mary Jane nee LEESON, are not married in
Victoria.

But I wonder if there is anyone with ready access to Victoria and its
Metropolis or the Cycloepaedia of Victoria, who can see if they happen
to have entries.

(I don't suppose anyone has the Probate Index at home to see if there
is an occupation listed for William THORN died 1933, is there???)

Both 'Cyclopedia of Victoria' and 'Victoria & its Metropolis' have been
are sample downloads available on their website for each of them. The
sample downloads include the indexes.
There's no William THORN in Cyclopedia of Victoria, and only a William
J. THORNE (with an 'E') of Brunswick in Victoria & its Metropolis.
