English Certificates

I've been watching the emails about ordering certificates and there
is 1 question i haven't seen asked.

The certificate cost is 7.00 pounds.
On current exchange rates that is around AUD16 - AUD17.

What extra fees etc can i expect Visa to take ?

5 certs from ONS at 35 quid incl conversion fee $2.06 aud total $84.48

So I try to order in bulk

All the certs arrived in separate envelopes with about 10 days between
first and last

I hear ONS are in overload and delivery dates are not weeks rather than
days from order.

There was a mention within last cupla weeks ( forget who)
ordered mid Feb. received mid April.

Its a heck of a lot cheaper than a bank draft from the
Which Bank
The rate of exchange varies a bit . I got 2 certs recently
. Both cost A$17 and a few cents and the few cents varied
by about 10c as were ordered a few days apart
