information on 19th Century Photographers

I am trying to date a photograph that was taken by a studio named Webb
& Webb in 38 Swanston Street, Melbourne. Temperance Life Assurance
Building. I believe in the mid 19th century - but would love a

1890 - 1898.

However alsoin Fremantle & Perth same timeperiod.

However (one would presume) it would have to be within or marginally
b4 above dates, although,
616 Hay St. Perth does run from 1908 - 1945.
