UK marriage certificate BILTON and RICKETT

I'm needing to purchase a UK marriage certificate - the couple are as
follows:

John Phillips BILTON married Sarah RICKETT on 9th March 1822 at Saint
Leonards, Shoreditch, London.

Could someone let me know how I go about purchasing this certificate?

There are no certificates before 1837.

For certificates 1837 and later you can order through this site

As somebody already said, this is before
civil registration started, so all you can get
is a copy of the relevant entry in the church
marriage register.

Go to the LDS on-line catalogue and see
if that church has been filmed. if so get
the details of the film and then go to your
closest LDS Family History Centre and
arrange to have a copy of the film ordered
in.

When it comes in you find the relevant
entry and then print out a copy of it.

The LDS folks will be able to exlain
how to do all that.
