I'm ignoring the **** loud mouth...
I just wanted to say thanks to all those wonderful volunteers who have made
my life so much easier and lots of fun over the past 6 years I have been
doing family research. Please don't stop now! You dont know how invaluable
the lookups are - not just that, but the connecting with YOU - yes YOU.
Especially for stay-at-home mums, people with disabilities, all those unable
to get out of home and who are often lonely. Genie research helps you to see
all the relatives and connections you have out there - we aren't alone.
I am sure it wld have taken me 20yrs instead of the 3 it took me to put
together 10,000 names in my wonderful family. On top of that, because of the
great Rootsweb network, I have met hundreds of relatives around the world
with whom I have been able to share photos, books, lookups, and lots of
information which would have otherwise been unavailable.
So let's not spoil it all. I am on a few lists and these things happen from
time to time. My advice - take a deep breath!!
Isnt life all about the joy of giving?
thanks to you all

Hi Lina,
Yes it sure is, however saying thank you shows that the recipient has
manners and appreciates the work and money that has been put into the
research to give them that information in the first place.
A spot of transcribing does no one any harm.
I have done my bit for the time being and may do more at a later date.
Cheers for now.
David
