Where else can I look?

I am looking for birth information about my Great Grandmother Christilina
Blank (1865)
I been looking for a while now using Ancestry, freebmd and familysearch.org
sites plus others without any luck.... I can find parents, and siblings but
not Christilina. I am even beginning to think that they changed her name,
but well, that would be daft.

I have found her marriage ref: Name: Blank, Christilina Record Type:
Marriages Quarter: March Year: 1892 District: Rotherham County: Derbyshire
South Yorkshire West Riding of Yorkshire Volume: 9c Page: 674

After a bit of luck I have found her on the following (assuming these are
pet names for her)
Census 1871 rg10/4120//p.22 recorded as "Liner"
1881 rg11/4109//p.15 recorded as "Lene"
1891 rg12/3333/23/p.11 recorded as "Christie L"
She appears as a wife on the 1901 census.

I can find her sister Harriet's birth ref (1861 AprMayJun Rochdale 9e 8) but
Christilina is a mystery.

in 1861 at Butterworth Freehold, Rochdale, but no other BLANKs 1860-70.
The coverage page says that Butterworth Freehold births have been
transcribed 1837-1892, so Christilina should be there assuming she was
born in the same place as her sister.

I also tried variants of BLANK but still without success.

Maybe the birth was simply not registered. I understand that many were
not at that time. (I've failed to find one of mine in Herefordshire at
about the same date.)

Perhaps you could find a baptism record in the appropriate Parish
Registers?
