piece of late 19C handwriting and a draft transcription.

I am having problems with parts of lines 2 &3, and with a couple of
words in line 7.

CWatters...
Could the first word on line 4 be "Loveridge"

CWatters...
and 2nd word "late"

I'm not really convinced though.


Failing other solutions, I will ask the Drapers' Company about line 7,
and possibly the Ironmongers' as to whether they happen to know who
