Help reading late 19C handwriting

piece of late 19C handwriting and a draft transcription.

I am having problems with parts of lines 2 &3, and with a couple of
words in line 7.

CWatters...

Could the first word on line 4 be "Loveridge"

and 2nd word "late"

"President of the Iron, Hardware and Metal Trades Pension Society"

I'm not really convinced though.

Failing other solutions, I will ask the Drapers' Company about line 7,
and possibly the Ironmongers' as to whether they happen to know who

E. C., was established 1843.

founded the Iron Hardware and Metal Trades Pension Society - but it
would be nice, if possible, to include it in Christmas presents for my
aunts etc.

(I have no problems with the surrounding text.)
