Index of Canal Boat People

Dear Group,

Can anyone please tell me how I can contact Norman Holt and his index of
canal boat people. I couldn't get the link on the GENUKI site to work, and
e mails to the address for Norman given there from both my mail servers
bounced.

Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated.
