English tailor -- help with webpage in ?Swedish

William FORD was a tailor at 10 Holles Street, Cavendish Square,
London, in the 1841-1861 censuses. He must have been a rather grand
one, because the 1852 Post Office London Directory calls him "tailor
and habit maker to the Queen and royal family".

searching the web his address found me this website

which looks like an archive catalog entry for some sort of item made by
William. Unfortunately, the site is in a language I can't read,
possibly Swedish since the last line mentions the "G=F6teborgs
Historiska Museum".

Can anyone translate this for me? Especially the description: "jacka
av svart kl=E4de, midjel=E5ng, getingmidja. L=E5ngt sk=F6rt mitt bak,
Kn=E4ppning fram med 13 runda kl=E4dda knappar. Kantad med svart band
