A good point!

Forgive my cynicism but I can't help wondering also whether the
Leicester researchers are, in fact, black and MIGHT just possibly have an
axe to grind - a PC axe perhaps?

Can't comment on the axe grinding, but Professor Jobling doesn't
appear to be anything other than Caucasian. Seems to be quite high up
in Don Moodys old stamping ground too.

The jury is out on Ms Turi King as Leicester haven't published a photo
of her (probably don't bother for phd students


A further point - in all of these DNA experiments and studies, it seems to
be a common factor that the scientists involved are hardly, if ever,
genealogists and / or surname experts.
